Problem with WMT CNC Industrial Co., Ltd

I bought a milling machine from WMT CNC Industrial Co., Ltd.

I did not get the machine configuration that I ordered.

The machine I got does not work.

The salesman Rico Zhao will not remedy the problem.

Here are the details:

• I purchased a milling drilling machine, model ZAY7045V/1 from WMT CNC Industrial Co., Ltd.
• Invoice number WMT230704US-R. View invoice Number PI-WMT230704US-R.
• The machine was ordered with an R8 spindle but was delivered with an MT4 spindle.

• More importantly, the machine does not work. The spindle wobbles terribly, making the machine unusable.
